Our compressed air filter technology ensures low operating costs, long service life, reliable filtration process and reliable filtration of suspended particles, oil and dust. Threaded and flanged filters (at 7 bar) handle flow rates from 35 to 34,680 m3/h, including, in addition, high-pressure filters up to 500 bar.

With the 3E filter cartridge (3E = Energy, Efficient, Element) and the fluid-optimized, corrosion-resistant housing construction, compressed air is not only filtered and high-quality compressed air, but also reduced operating costs.

The 3E filter cartridge

The 3E filter cartridges set new standards in compressed air filtration quality with their fiber construction and production technology.

Materials and new processes

No binder is added to the Compressed Air 3E cartridge. This new filter material is made of ultra-fine borosilicate fibers and polyester fibers thermally fused together. With a greater number of fibers and a finer diameter, a finer fiber structure is created, resulting in a material with four times the separation surface of conventional filter media and a larger cavity volume .

The fiber composite material of the compressed air filter has a long-term stability that ensures a high separation rate over the entire depth of the filter layer and a continuous adsorption of impurities. In addition, the structure has a hydrodynamic design that additionally reduces the differential pressure. As a result, the compressed air 3E filter cartridge is energy-efficient, with energy savings of up to 40% at the filtration performance.
